A. Ambulatory Care
1. Emergency Room
- render immediate care for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
2. Out-patient Department
- provide prenatal and postpartum care
- render consultations for gynecologic conditions, including cervical cancer screening thru the PAP smear
3. Subspecialty Clinics
a. Perinatology/High Risk Pregnancy
Mondays- 10 AM to 12NN
Thursdays- 2-4 PM
b. Trophoblastic Diseases
Fridays- 2-4 PM
c. Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility
Tuesdays- 2-4 PM

Wednesdays- 10 AM to 12 NN

C. Delivery Room/Labor Room/Recovery Room
The delivery room complex is the particular area of the hospital where the OB-GYN staff are able to provide effective and appropriate obstetrical care to mother and infant during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. It is situated on the third floor of the main hospital building and houses the following:
1. admitting section- for pregnant patients in labor and/or those pregnant patients not in labor but requiring admission to the labor room for close monitoring
2. fetal surveillance room- equipped with a fetal monitor used for conducting non-stress and/or contraction stress tests to assess fetal well-being
* there are four other fetal monitors available for use at the labor
and delivery rooms should close fetal monitoring be required
3. Labor Room- can accommodate 4-6 patients at a time
4. 4 Delivery Rooms, 2 of which may be used as operating rooms in emergency cases
*Since November 2001, there has been a standing policy, unanimously approved by the consultant staff of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, that only obstetric cases may be performed in the delivery room.
5. Recovery Room

- this is the area where the appropriate surgical procedures for obstetric and gynecologic conditions are performed, including immediate postoperative care
E. Diagnostic services
1. Ultrasound - provide 24-hour ultrasound service to OB-GYN patients
a. Obstetric Ultrasound
• First trimester ultrasound
• Targeted Imaging for Fetal Anomalies (Congenital Anomaly Scan)
• Biophysical Profile Scoring
b. Gynecologic Ultrasound
• Scan for pathologic conditions of the female reproductive system
• scans relative to infertility work-ups like
° follicle monitoring
° hysterosonogram
